All commercial relationships — with traffic partners and with restoration companies or call networks — are governed by separate written agreements or insertion orders that define payouts, qualification criteria, billing and payment terms. These Terms do not replace those agreements.
Business clients are invoiced for qualified, billable calls in accordance with their written agreement. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
